Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Create visual content including logos, banners, posters, social media posts, infographics, presentations, emailers, and print designs.

Develop design concepts that align with brand identity and project goals.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-quality visual solutions.

Ensure consistency in brand communication across all visual content and platforms.

Edit and retouch images as needed for marketing or internal use.

Work with printing vendors to prepare final artwork for print production.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Receive feedback and make necessary revisions to improve final output.

Organize and maintain a digital archive of completed designs and assets.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Strong creative thinking, layout, and visual storytelling skills.

Good understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.

Familiarity with digital platforms and file formats (e.g., PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG).

Knowledge of social media platform requirements and design dimensions.

Attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, professional designs.
