Graphic Designer
Job Description
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in graphic design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

Create visual concepts by hand or using software to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.

Develop layouts and designs for a wide variety of media, including websites, social media platforms, print advertisements, brochures, posters, packaging, and corporate communications.

Ensure designs are aligned with the brand guidelines and meet the project objectives and target audience expectations.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to understand project goals and translate them into visual storytelling.

Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other designers to produce cohesive and compelling designs.

Attend meetings to discuss project objectives, receive feedback, and make necessary revisions to designs.

Brand Consistency:

Uphold and enhance brand identity across all touchpoints.

Ensure consistent use of logos, fonts, colors, and visual styles throughout all designs and media.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.

Prioritize tasks and provide accurate time estimates for deliverables.

Communicate project status and updates to team leads or clients as needed.

Digital and Print Production:

Prepare final artwork for print and digital production, ensuring high quality and technical accuracy.

Liaise with printers and production teams to ensure the correct output of printed materials.

Optimize graphics for various digital platforms including websites, mobile apps, and social media channels.

Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and design software developments.

Incorporate emerging design trends and best practices to keep the brand visuals fresh and relevant.
