Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Creating and executing high-end graphics for digital advertising for Ad campaigns, social media posts, banners, etc.
2. Communicate design ideas using user flows, site maps, and wireframes.
3. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
4. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
5. Reviewing, proofreading, editing, and uploading completed work before publishing.
6. Collaborate effectively with other team members, including designers,
researchers, marketing and others.
7. Reviewing and interpreting social analytics to measure and guide the
effectiveness of future post designs.
8. Invest in design standards, systems, and processes to create best practices.

Other requirements
1. Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
2. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communication design, or related field.
3. Proficient in Adobe Suite, especially Illustrator & Photoshop.
4. Familiarity with prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Invision, etc. (Bonus)
5. Strong visual design knowledge including colors, typography, illustrations, branding, color theories, layouts, iconography, web design, etc.
6. Experience in designing across multiple platforms.
7. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
8. Up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
9. Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.
10. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications.
