Graphic Designer
Job Description
A Graphic Designer is a creative professional who designs visual content to communicate messages. They create graphics for logos, social media, advertisements, websites, and videos using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to create graphics that align with brand guidelines and support business goals.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong design portfolio, creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Content Creation

Design a wide range of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, packaging, product mockups, business cards, and corporate presentations.

Develop digital assets for websites, social media posts, email newsletters, and online advertisements.

Create and edit visual content for video thumbnails, infographics, and motion graphics (optional based on skills).
2. Brand Identity & Guidelines

Maintain consistency across all designs by strictly following the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.

Assist in the development and refinement of brand assets such as logos, typography, color schemes, and design templates.
3. Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with marketing, content, product, and development teams to understand project requirements.

Translate business and marketing objectives into creative design solutions.

Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions.
4. Software & Tools

Use industry-standard design tools such as:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)

Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW, or similar platforms.

Prepare files for print production and digital publishing as needed.
5. Project Management

Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work (digital and print).

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design software.

Good understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Ability to take constructive feedback and apply revisions efficiently.

Basic understanding of UI/UX design is a plus (not mandatory).

Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage.
