Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a good understanding of visual trends, and the ability to turn ideas into visually appealing designs. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, including social media posts, marketing materials, brochures, logos, and more. You should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into designs that connect with the target audience. A passion for visual storytelling, consistency in design, and attention to detail is essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visual Content Creation

Design engaging graphics for digital and print platforms including:

Social media posts

Banners and advertisements
-
Posters, flyers, and brochures

Email campaigns and newsletters
-
Packaging and merchandise
-

Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency in terms of colors, typography, and overall style.
2. Web & Digital Design

Create web elements such as website banners, landing page graphics, UI mockups, and icons.

Collaborate with developers or UI/UX teams when necessary for implementation.

Optimize designs for different screen sizes and platforms.
3. Branding & Identity

Work on brand identity projects such as logos, business cards, letterheads, etc.

Assist in creating and maintaining brand guidelines and asset libraries.
4. Video & Animation (Optional/Preferred)

Basic editing for reels, GIFs, or explainer videos using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Canva Pro.

Design short animated elements for use in digital marketing.
5. Collaboration & Communication
-
Work closely with the marketing team, content writers, and sales team to understand design needs.

Receive and implement feedback in a timely and efficient manner.

Present design ideas and mockups to stakeholders for approval.
