Title: Graphic Designer
Job Location: Central Bangalore, Karnataka
Type: Full-time / On-site
About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Central Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, proven design skills, and the ability to translate requirements into visually appealing content for both digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with brand guidelines
- Edit and retouch images as needed
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the overall brand identity and messaging
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
- Good communication skills and the ability to receive and incorporate feedback
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a plus
- Experience designing for both digital and print media
Preferred:
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or startup environment
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles
- Familiarity with Canva or other online design tools
