Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Content Creation

Design visual content such as brochures, banners, logos, advertisements, flyers, social media graphics, infographics, and presentations.

Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.

Create layouts and designs for digital platforms including websites, mobile apps, email campaigns, and online ads.

Develop compelling designs for print materials including business cards, product packaging, signage, catalogs, and promotional materials.
2. Branding and Identity Design
-
Maintain consistency across all design materials, ensuring alignment with the company's visual style and branding guidelines.

Develop or refresh logos, color palettes, typography, and other brand assets.

Assist in building and updating brand guidelines and templates for internal and external use.
3. Collaboration and Communication
-
Work closely with marketing, social media, content, product, and sales teams to understand design requirements.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for campaigns, product launches, and branding strategies.

Present and articulate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders clearly and confidently.
4. Project Management
-
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.

Prioritize tasks based on business needs, client input, and feedback from creative or marketing leads.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design work across various projects and platforms.

Follow internal processes for approvals, revisions, and final output.
5. Software and Tools Usage

Use industry-standard graphic design software such as:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects)

Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW, or Sketch (depending on the organization)

Maintain and organize design files, templates, and creative assets efficiently.

Stay current with design tools, software updates, and emerging trends.
6. Quality Control and Revision

Proofread and review final outputs for accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Make necessary revisions based on team or client feedback.

Ensure that all visuals are optimized for the appropriate medium (print, web, social, etc.).
