Job Summary
A Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media graphics, branding elements, and website visuals. This role requires creativity, technical design skills, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of design principles, color theory, and typography.

Ability to lead design projects from concept to completion.

Ability to make adjustments to designs based on their intended purpose

Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Creativity:
- Develop visually appealing graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, and print materials.
- Create branding elements, including logos, business cards, brochures, and packaging designs.
- Ensure consistency in design across all brand touchpoints.
2. Digital & Print Media:
- Design banners, posters, infographics, and digital ads for marketing campaigns.
- Create print-ready files for brochures, flyers, magazines, and other materials.
- Collaborate with printers to ensure high-quality output.
3. UI/UX & Web Graphics:
- Design user-friendly website layouts and landing pages.
- Create UI elements for apps, websites, and dashboards.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility.
4. Social Media & Marketing Support:
- Design engaging social media posts, thumbnails, and cover images.
- Work with marketing teams to create promotional content.
- Optimize visuals for different social media platforms.
5. Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams.
- Understand project requirements and create design solutions accordingly.
- Revise designs based on client or team feedback.
