Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and fast-learning Graphic Designer with basic to intermediate experience in vector-based design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or similar. The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day designing tasks related to printing such as flyers, brochures, visiting cards, packaging labels, banners, etc.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is willing to learn quickly, work hands-on, and grow within a practical printing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Create layouts for printing materials such as:

Business cards, letterheads, brochures, and flyers

Posters, banners, hoardings
-
Labels, stickers, box packaging designs

Modify and prepare customer artwork files for printing
-
Use vector software like CorelDRAW (preferred), Adobe Illustrator, or similar
-
Ensure artwork files are print-ready with proper bleed, resolution, and color settings (CMYK/RGB)
-
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to finalize design requirements

Work closely with the print team to check design accuracy and print quality

Update and manage a basic database of past designs and client orders

Assist in typesetting, font selection, alignment, and layout improvement
Eligibility Criteria:
-
Basic to moderate experience in graphic design (interns/freshers with practical knowledge can apply)

Proficiency in CorelDRAW (must), Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools

Knowledge of file formats: CDR, AI, PDF, PNG, JPG, etc.

Understanding of design principles: typography, spacing, color theory

Resident of Lucknow (preferably nearby to office location)
