Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and innovative Graphic Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for visual storytelling, a strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to translate ideas into visually engaging designs. The Graphic Designer will work on various projects including digital and print marketing materials, branding elements, social media creatives, website assets, packaging, and internal communication designs.
This role requires a balance of creative and technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, content, product, and web development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visual Design Creation:

Develop high-quality visual concepts and designs for marketing campaigns, social media, digital ads, banners, brochures, flyers, emailers, and website UI elements.

Design static and animated graphics for online promotions and product launches.

Ensure all visual assets are brand-compliant and consistent in style, tone, and messaging.
2. Branding & Identity:

Support brand identity development including logo design, typography, color palettes, iconography, and layout systems.

Assist in building brand guidelines and maintain design consistency across all platforms.

Contribute creative ideas for brand storytelling and visual campaigns.
3. Social Media & Content Support:

Create visual content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube thumbnails.

Design post templates, reels thumbnails, GIFs, and infographics.

Coordinate with the content and social media team to align designs with messaging.
4. Print & Packaging Design:

Design print-ready material including brochures, visiting cards, product packaging, standees, and posters.

Coordinate with printers or vendors to ensure accurate printing and color output.

Prepare files using appropriate CMYK, bleed, and resolution settings.
5. UI/UX Design Support:

Collaborate with the product or web team to create visuals for mobile apps, web apps, and landing pages.

Create wireframes, mockups, and UI elements as per project requirements (optional for advanced designers).
6. Team Collaboration:

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Receive briefs from the marketing or product team and translate them into compelling visuals.

Collaborate with motion designers, copywriters, developers, and stakeholders to deliver final assets.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills:
-
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Familiarity with Canva, CorelDraw, or Figma (for UI design or collaborative projects)

Understanding of design principles including color theory, typography, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy

Ability to prepare both digital assets and print-ready files
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

Motion graphics or basic animation using Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro

UI/UX design experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

Photography or video editing knowledge

Illustration or hand-sketching ability
