Graphic Designer
Job Description
Design visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, brochures, advertisements, banners, presentations, etc.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.

Create and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.

Edit and retouch images as needed.

Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Creation:

Develop creative and engaging graphic designs for websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, banners, posters, and other marketing materials.

Produce original artwork, illustrations, and layouts that align with the brand’s identity and marketing goals.

Create visual concepts by hand or using design software to convey ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.
2. Brand Consistency:

Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, colors, fonts, and overall messaging.

Collaborate with the branding team to update and refine visual standards.
3. Digital and Print Media Preparation:
-
Prepare and optimize graphics for different platforms including websites, social media, email newsletters, and print production.

Manage the technical requirements for printing, such as resolution, bleed, and color profiles.

Coordinate with external vendors or printers to ensure quality output.
4. Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders.
5. Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

Organize and maintain a library of design assets and files.

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve quality and innovation.
