Key Responsibilities

Creative Concept Development

Understand project briefs, objectives, and target audience.

Design Creation

Create graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both print and digital platforms.

Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, advertisements, and presentations.

Develop digital assets including social media posts, website graphics, infographics, and email templates.

Brand Identity & Consistency
-
Maintain and follow brand guidelines to ensure a consistent look and feel across all materials.

Design or update logos, typography, and other brand elements as required.

Collaboration & Communication
-
Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to align visuals with messaging.

Coordinate with printers, vendors, and developers to ensure designs are produced accurately.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Image & Asset Management
-
Edit and retouch photos for use in marketing and promotional materials.

Maintain a library of images, design templates, and brand assets.

Source or create stock graphics, icons, and illustrations when needed.

File Preparation & Output

Prepare final artwork for print production, ensuring proper resolution, color modes, and bleed specifications.

Export digital assets in the required file formats for web, social, and app use.

Trend Awareness & Skill Development

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies.

Experiment with new design styles and techniques to keep work fresh and modern.
