Job Description
Create and design visuals for social media, websites, ads, brochures, presentations, packaging, and more

Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create cohesive design assets

Maintain brand consistency across all projects and platforms

Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on briefs and campaign goals

Use digital illustration, photo editing, and layout software to create high-quality designs

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Stay updated on industry trends and design tools
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma or Canva
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Creation

Develop creative concepts and visual designs for marketing materials, advertisements, websites, social media, brochures, logos, packaging, and other collateral.

Use graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other tools to create high-quality designs.

Produce layouts, illustrations, and infographics to support marketing campaigns and communications.
2. Collaboration & Communication
-
Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and objectives.

Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Coordinate with printers, vendors, and web developers to ensure quality output.
3. Brand Consistency
-
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Update and maintain company’s visual assets and templates.

Stay updated on design trends and suggest innovative ideas.
4. Project Management
-
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Organize files and assets systematically for easy access and future use.
