Job Description
- Design creative graphics for social media posts, banners, brochures, and websites.
- Coordinate with marketing and content team for creative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Visual Design and Branding:

Create engaging and on-brand graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, print media, packaging, advertising, email campaigns, and presentations.

Develop brand-aligned assets such as logos, icons, illustrations, and templates.

Ensure consistency in design language, colors, typography, and layout across all deliverables.
2. Digital & Web Graphics:
-
Design web banners, hero images, product mockups, UI/UX assets, and visual elements for digital platforms.

Collaborate with web developers or UI designers to ensure that digital designs are responsive and user-friendly.

Optimize designs for different screen sizes and platforms.
3. Print and Offline Media:

Design brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, standees, signage, catalogs, and event collateral.

Prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, resolution, and color settings.

Liaise with print vendors to ensure high-quality print production.
4. Social Media and Content Graphics:
-
Create daily/weekly designs for social media posts, stories, reels, and ads across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Work closely with content writers and social media managers to develop visually compelling content that aligns with marketing goals.
5. Product and Packaging Design (if applicable):

Assist in designing packaging for products with a focus on visual appeal and market relevance.

Develop product labels, tags, inserts, and box designs as per brand requirements.
6. Project Collaboration and Communication:

Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative briefings, and feedback reviews.

Interpret briefs accurately and present design concepts to internal teams or clients.

Revise designs as per feedback while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
7. Asset Management and File Organization:

Maintain an organized library of design files, assets, fonts, templates, and brand guidelines.

Ensure proper naming conventions, version control, and backup practices.
