Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for digital and print media, including marketing materials, branding assets, social media graphics, websites, brochures, packaging, and more.
You will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to bring concepts to life through innovative design solutions that resonate with our target audience and enhance our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design Creation & Execution

Develop creative concepts and design layouts for marketing campaigns, advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and digital content.

Design logos, brand collateral, packaging, and product illustrations as needed.

Create engaging visuals for social media platforms, including static images, GIFs, and short animations.

Prepare graphics for websites, email campaigns, and mobile applications.

Ensure designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and style.
2. Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

Translate ideas and briefs into effective designs that meet business goals.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.

Communicate design concepts and revisions clearly to stakeholders.
3. Project Management

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and brand materials.

Coordinate with printers and vendors to oversee production quality and timelines.
4. Continuous Learning & Improvement

Stay updated with the latest design trends, software tools, and industry best practices.

Seek feedback and incorporate improvements into your work.

Experiment with new styles and techniques to enhance creativity.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW.

Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.

Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma or Sketch is desirable.

Familiarity with print production processes and file preparation (bleeds, color profiles, etc.).

Ability to work with different file formats and resolutions for print and digital use.
