Graphic Designer
Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
Create design templates and layouts.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
Knowledge of web design and UX/UI principles is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Creation & Development
-
Create compelling visual designs for print, digital media, and branding materials (e.g., logos, brochures, social media posts, websites).

Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, websites, advertisements, social media content, and promotional materials.

Ensure designs are on-brand, aligned with project requirements, and meet the target audience's needs.
2. Collaboration with Teams
-
Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

Coordinate with copywriters, photographers, and developers to integrate design and content for cohesive, high-quality marketing materials.

Participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate fresh design ideas.
3. Brand Development & Consistency
-
Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and ensure the company’s visual identity is upheld.

Help develop and refine brand guidelines to be applied across all creative assets.

Assist in redesigning or refreshing existing brand materials when necessary.
4. Graphic Editing & Retouching
-
Edit and retouch images, ensuring they are ready for print or digital platforms.

Optimize graphics for various mediums, including web, print, and social media.

Prepare designs for print and digital publishing, ensuring color accuracy, resolution, and format compatibility.
5. Project Management & Deadline Adherence

Manage multiple design projects and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and urgency.

Keep track of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all materials are completed within the specified deadlines.

Communicate any design revisions or changes effectively and efficiently with clients or team members.
6. Feedback and Revisions

Incorporate client feedback and revisions into designs, ensuring client satisfaction.

Present designs to clients or stakeholders, explaining design concepts and rationale.
