Job Description
Job Summary
A Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging, innovative visual content that communicates the intended message effectively and reflects the brand’s identity. The designer works across various digital and print media formats, including social media graphics, brochures, website visuals, advertisements, banners, packaging, and more.
This role demands creativity, attention to detail, technical proficiency with design software, and the ability to balance aesthetics with functional communication. The Graphic Designer collaborates with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure consistent and high-quality visual output aligned with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Design and Content Creation

Develop concepts and design layouts for marketing campaigns, digital content, advertisements, social media, emailers, and other platforms.

Create visuals for print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and product packaging.

Design logos, infographics, illustrations, and brand elements as needed.
2. Brand Identity Management

Ensure consistency in design across all visual materials in accordance with the brand’s style guide.

Adapt designs to different formats and media while maintaining brand tone and messaging.

Assist in building and evolving the visual identity of the company or client.
3. Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project goals and visual requirements.

Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate new ideas.
4. Project Management

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver them on time.

Organize files and maintain proper records of design assets and artwork.

Prioritize tasks based on urgency, importance, and project deadlines.
5. Image and Asset Editing

Edit, retouch, and enhance images for use in various marketing materials.

Source, modify, and adapt stock photos when original imagery is not available.

Optimize graphics for use on web and mobile platforms.
6. Digital Media Design

Design web banners, UI components, email templates, and mobile-friendly assets.

Ensure all digital designs are responsive and aligned with UX/UI best practices.

Support in creating visual prototypes or mock-ups for websites or applications.
Required Skills and Competencies

Creative Thinking: Strong aesthetic sense and ability to generate unique visual concepts.

Technical Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Figma, Canva, or Sketch is a plus.

Typography: Understanding of font pairing, layout design, and readability.

Color Theory: Good sense of color usage and branding alignment.
