Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing engaging and impactful visual content for both print and digital media. Your designs will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and effectively communicating our message to the target audience.
The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, the ability to follow branding guidelines, and a passion for translating ideas into visual storytelling.
Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills
Prior experience or portfolio of work. Knowledge of video editing, Canva etc.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Design & Branding
-
Create eye-catching and brand-consistent graphics for various media including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, logos, social media posts, websites, emailers, presentations, and product packaging.

Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials and platforms.

Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity and design templates.
2. Social Media & Digital Assets

Design creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Collaborate with the social media and content team to develop campaign-specific graphics.

Create thumbnails, story visuals, reels templates, and digital ads (static and GIF formats).
3. Print & Offline Media

Design print-ready files for brochures, catalogs, visiting cards, billboards, packaging, merchandise, and promotional materials.

Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure high-quality output and proper color calibration.

Review print proofs and make corrections when necessary.
4. Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with content writers, marketers, developers, and product teams.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute design ideas during creative discussions.

Understand and interpret project requirements into visual form.
5. File Management & Documentation

Maintain an organized library of design assets, project files, and templates.

Ensure all designs are backed up and archived systematically.

Follow proper versioning and naming conventions.
6. UI/UX and Web Support (Optional)

Assist in designing wireframes, landing pages, app screens, or UI elements.

Create responsive visuals optimized for web and mobile use.

Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy in final implementation.
