Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Concept Development

Understand project requirements and conceptualize visuals based on briefs.

Brainstorm creative ideas with the marketing/content team and translate them into design concepts.

Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.
2. Graphic Design & Production
-
Design engaging visuals for digital platforms, including:
-
Social media graphics (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

Email campaigns
-
Website banners and sliders
-
Display ads and Google Ads creatives
-
Infographics and charts
-

Create designs for print media, such as:
-
Posters, brochures, flyers, business cards
-
Product packaging and labels
-
Event branding (backdrops, standees, invites)

3. Branding & Identity
-
Assist in developing or updating brand assets including logos, typography, color palettes, iconography, and brand guidelines.

Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
4. Digital Media Support
-
Collaborate with web developers to create UI/UX mockups or assets for websites and mobile apps.

Create visual elements for presentations, pitch decks, and company profiles.
5. File Management & Delivery
-
Prepare final artwork for print and digital use, ensuring all technical specifications are met.

Maintain an organized archive of designs, source files, and assets for future reference.
6. Feedback & Revisions
-
Accept constructive feedback and make necessary changes to designs as per internal reviews or client suggestions.

Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high design quality.
