Graphic Designer
Job Description
To create innovative, accurate, and print-ready designs for labels, tags, cards, and packaging materials that meet client requirements and align with production standards.
Key Responsibilities:-
Design and develop artwork for labels, tags, visiting cards, and other print materials.

Prepare and review print-ready files (CMYK, Dielines, Bleeds, Trapping, etc.).

Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements and make corrections as needed.

Work closely with the production/printing team to ensure designs are suitable for offset, flexo, and digital printing processes.

Maintain brand consistency and quality in all designs.

Manage multiple design projects within given deadlines.

Check color proofs, sample prints, and ensure accuracy before final production.

Update and maintain an organized digital file system of artwork.

Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (knowledge of other design tools is an advantage).

Strong knowledge of pre-press and printing processes (offset, digital, flexographic).

Creativity and attention to detail.

Ability to understand and follow client briefs.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Time management and ability to work under pressure.

Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in a printing/packaging/label industry (freshers with good skills may also apply).
