Collaboration & Concept Development

Work with marketing and content teams to conceptualize campaigns.

Translate ideas, briefs, and strategies into high-quality visuals.

Present multiple design options and revise as per feedback.

Digital Media & Branding

Ensure designs align with brand identity and visual guidelines.

Optimize graphics for websites, apps, and social platforms.

Stay updated on design trends and apply them creatively.

File Management & Delivery
-
Prepare final designs for print and digital use with proper specifications.

Maintain organized design files, archives, and assets.
-
Ensure timely delivery of projects within deadlines.

Skills & Competencies Required

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.

Knowledge of Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW, or Sketch is a plus.

Strong sense of color theory, typography, and layout.

Creativity and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Video editing and animation knowledge (added advantage).
