Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Development

Create original designs, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.

Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and social media creatives.

Work on brand identity projects including logos, typography, and visual guidelines.

Design user-friendly interfaces, website graphics, and mobile app visuals when required.

Collaboration & Communication
-
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand design needs.
-
Interpret briefs and translate concepts into impactful designs.

Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

Digital & Social Media Content
-
Create engaging visuals for social media campaigns and advertisements.

Design email templates, infographics, and presentations.

Adapt graphics for multiple platforms and formats (web, print, video, etc.).

Quality & Brand Consistency

Ensure that all designs align with the company’s brand identity and guidelines.
-
Review designs for errors, accuracy, and visual appeal before publishing.

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Technical & File Management
-
Prepare design files in required formats for printing or digital publishing.
-
Maintain an organized design library and archive of creative assets.

Work with printers, vendors, and developers to ensure accurate output.

Skills and Competencies
-
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) or similar design tools (Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW).

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an advantage.

Ability to create engaging motion graphics and animations (preferred).

Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.

Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
