Responsibilities:

Social Media & Digital Design

Design social media creatives, cover pictures, banners, and ad graphics across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Create unique, out-of-the-box concepts (not just template-driven).

Brand & Web Design

Design icons, website banners, infographics, and brand elements.
Support web/UI projects with custom-designed graphics.
Deliver print-ready materials, including flyers, brochures, logos, posters, t-shirts, and corporate identity kits.

Motion Graphics & Video Creation

Create explainer videos, social media promos, ad creatives, and product demos.
Edit raw video footage, apply motion graphics, transitions, and effects.
Use AI-powered video tools to generate engaging video content based on provided scripts and contexts.
Apply color correction, audio editing, and sound design to enhance quality.
Organize and manage video assets efficiently for quick access.

AI & Creative Innovation

Leverage AI tools to speed up design and video creation workflows.
Stay updated with design, social media, and AI-driven creative trends.
Recommend and adopt new AI-driven tools to improve creative output.

Adaptability & Collaboration

Respond quickly to urgent client changes (especially during campaign days/festivals).
Work closely with the content, social media, and web teams for integrated campaigns.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
Knowledge of social media design trends and platform-specific requirements.
Ability to conceptualize and execute engaging visuals & videos.
Knowledge of 3D animation software (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.) is a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, video editing, and motion graphics.
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
