- Design social media creatives, cover pictures, banners, and ad graphics across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create unique, out-of-the-box concepts (not just template-driven).

- Support web/UI projects with custom-designed graphics.

- Organize and manage video assets efficiently for quick access.

- Stay updated with design, social media, and AI-driven creative trends.
- Recommend and adopt new AI-driven tools to improve creative output.
- Respond quickly to urgent client changes (especially during campaign days/festivals).
- Work closely with the content, social media, and web teams for integrated campaigns.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Knowledge of social media design trends and platform-specific requirements.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute engaging visuals & videos.
- Knowledge of 3D animation software (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, video editing, and motion graphics.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
