Key Responsibilities:

Visual Design Creation:

Develop original graphic concepts, layouts, and illustrations based on project requirements.

Design digital assets including website banners, social media posts, email templates, infographics, presentations, and video thumbnails.

Create print-ready designs for brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, packaging, signage, and promotional materials.

Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency in typography, colors, and tone.

Branding and Identity:

Support the development and refinement of brand identity, including logos, color schemes, fonts, and visual style guides.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding across campaigns and touchpoints.

Adapt and resize existing designs to meet the requirements of various platforms and formats.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand design needs and business goals.

Present design concepts and ideas clearly, incorporating feedback and revisions in a timely manner.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaign planning.

Communicate effectively with external vendors, printers, or clients when needed.

Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and project files.

Monitor and ensure quality control throughout the production process.

Stay updated with current design trends and tools, applying relevant styles to ongoing work.

Technical Design Support:

Prepare files in proper formats for web publishing or printing.

Optimize graphics for web performance without compromising quality.

Create simple animations or motion graphics (if required) for social media or presentations.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers or developers on visual assets for websites and mobile applications.
