Job Description

Job Title: Graphic Designer & Content Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and organized Graphic Designer who not only has strong design skills but can also manage content workflows and support our editorial team. This hybrid role combines hands-on design with light content management, ensuring that our brand identity is consistently reflected across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Branding
- Create visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print use.
- Develop social media assets, marketing materials, and promotional designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Utilize tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop to produce high-quality creative outputs.
Content Creation & Editing
- Perform basic video editing and motion graphics using apps such as VN and CapCut.
- Repurpose content across different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Support the content team with thumbnails, short-form edits, and graphic enhancements.
Project & Workflow Management
- Coordinate with editors and creative team members to assign tasks and track project progress.
- Assist in scheduling content across various platforms to maintain a consistent posting calendar.
- Ensure deadlines are met and creative output aligns with campaign goals.
- Provide feedback and guidance to junior editors or freelancers when necessary.

Requirements

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Basic experience in video editing tools such as VN and CapCut.
Strong sense of design, layout, typography, and branding.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Prior experience in content scheduling and team coordination is a plus.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Experience in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite).
Basic copywriting skills for content support.
