Job Description

● Develop visually engaging and compelling designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, print collateral, and digital advertisements.

● Develop and maintain consistent brand identities across all design assets, ensuring they align with the company's branding guidelines.

● Collaborate with team members and clients to conceptualize and brainstorm design ideas and solutions that effectively communicate the desired message or concept.

● Select and apply appropriate fonts and typography to improve readability and visual impact. ● Interact with clients to understand their design requirements, incorporate feedback, and ensure client satisfaction with the final deliverables.

● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

● Maintain an organized system for archiving and retrieving design files and assets.

● Create eye-catching graphics, icons, and illustrations that effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts.

● Design graphics, icons, infographics, and illustrations that convey complex information or concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

● Create aesthetically pleasing layouts for print and digital materials, including selecting fonts, colors, and arranging visual elements.

● Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners to support promotional campaigns.

● Develop engaging multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive presentations, to enhance our online presence.

● Capture and edit high-quality photographs for use in marketing materials and social media. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to ensure design alignment with overall project objectives.

● Review, proofread & approval from head for accuracy and quality before final delivery.

● Be adaptable and open to feedback and changes in design direction, especially in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

● Continuously improve skills and knowledge through training, workshops, and self-directed learning to stay at the forefront of design trends.

● Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of designs.
