Job Description

HIRING: GROCERY STORE GROUND STAFF
Roles: Billing Staff | Store Helper | Store Supervisor
Location: Retail Grocery Stores
Experience Required: 6 Months – 5 Years
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on role & experience)
•    Job Responsibilities:

•    Billing & POS operations, handling cash/UPI/card payments 
•    Shelf stocking, refilling, store support & cleanliness 
•    Ensure correct pricing, labeling, and barcode placement on products 
•    Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of store floors, shelves, and storage areas. 
•    Staff supervision, inventory control & daily store operations 
•    Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors about low or fast-moving items 
•    Handle customer queries and escalate issues to supervisors when required

Requirements:
Prior experience in grocery store / retail preferred
Basic communication skills (Hindi / English / local language)
Customer-friendly attitude
Willingness to work in shifts
