Position Overview:

We are looking for Ground Handling Staff to manage airport operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of passengers, baggage, and aircraft. The role requires strong coordination skills, physical stamina, and attention to safety procedures.

Job Summary: Provide efficient and safe ground handling services for passengers and aircraft, ensuring smooth airport operations.

Duties:

Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
Operate ground support equipment (e.g., baggage carts, pushback tractors).
Ensure on-time aircraft departures and arrivals.
Provide excellent customer service.
Adhere to safety and security regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger & Customer Assistance:

Assist passengers with check-in, ticketing, boarding, and seating arrangements.
Provide information about flight schedules, delays, and airport services.
Help passengers with special needs, elderly travelers, and unaccompanied minors.

2. Baggage & Cargo Handling:

Handle baggage check-in, tagging, loading, unloading, and transfer.
Assist with lost, damaged, or delayed baggage claims.
Follow security protocols for baggage scanning and safety checks.

3. Aircraft Ground Operations:

Guide aircraft during taxiing, parking, and departure using ground signals.
Assist in fueling, catering, and aircraft cleaning operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures.

4. Security & Safety Compliance:

Follow airport security protocols and emergency response procedures.
Monitor passenger screening, boarding, and restricted area access.
Report any suspicious activities or safety hazards to supervisors.
