This is to inform you that we do have the job openings in the aviation industry for the profiles of Ground Staff and Ticketing Executive.
Ground Staff:-ResponsibilitiesChecking passengers for flightsRe-routing or re-booking passengers whose flights have been cancelled or delayedAssisting disabled passenger or those travelling with young children
Giving passengers up-to-date information on flights
Assisting passengers with all enquirers including lost or delayed baggage
Assisting staff carrying out security checks as and when the situation arises
Delivering high levels of customer service to passengers and those travelling through the airportEligibility criteria
#Minimum Qualification: HS pass.
#Salary: 18000 to 29000 per month
Fluent in English and Hindi well-groomed with a clear complexion
Minimum age requirement varies from 18 to 30 years
