- Reservation and Ticketing (Manual and Computerize both).
- Handel Passenger Queries and address passengers grievance
- Handel day to day operational task
- Preparation of daily/monthly service report
- Baggage Handling
- Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 12th passed or above
- Freshers can also apply
- Age limit- 18 to 35 years
- Languages- English/Hindi/Bengali
