Job Description : 

• The Ground staff member will be responsible for day to day operations at the airport.
• Receiving/welcoming the passengers in a pleasing personality.
• Helping passengers in getting their luggage.
• Checking the passenger's baggage coming in for flights.
• Booking & re-booking the passenger's flight tickets.
• Providing required knowledge about flight timings and halts.
• Ensure Safety and security check.
• Helping the passengers to check in their baggage at the counters.
• Scanning the passenger tickets
• Delivering all the necessary information to travellers on flights.
• Supporting/helping passengers with all problems, including lost luggage/equipment.
