Job Description
- The Ground staff member will be responsible for day to day operations at the airport.
- Receiving/welcoming the passengers in a pleasing personality.
- Helping passengers in getting their luggage.
- Checking the passenger's baggage coming in for flights.
- Booking & re-booking the passenger's flight tickets.
- Providing required knowledge about flight timings and halts.
- Ensure Safety and security check.
- Helping the passengers to check in their baggage at the counters.
- Scanning the passenger tickets
- Delivering all the necessary information to travellers on flights.
- Supporting/helping passengers with all problems, including lost luggage/equipment.
