- Ground Operations/ Visa Checking/ Ticket Checking/ Passport Checking/ Passengers Handling
- COMMERCIAL DUTIES OF GROUND OPERATIONS: Ground Operations also refers to staff who work in the front end and back end. Some staff are accountable for examining, collecting and moving baggage,
- Documents required Resume ,Valid Passport , Aadhar Card, 3 Passport Size Photo & One full size Photographs
- Timing: 8 hours shift
- Interview Timing: 10am to 4 pm.
- Location: Kolkata.

- Communication with Customers
- Booking Tickets
- Doing Reservations
- Handling Customers
- Handling Complaints
- Ensure Safety and Security of Guests
- Re booking tickets of passengers
- Giving up to date information to Guests
- Delivering a high level of Customer Delight
