We are seeking dedicated and professional Ground Staff to join our team and ensure seamless airport operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting passengers, coordinating flight schedules, and maintaining high standards of customer service and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling
Provide accurate travel information and support customer inquiries
Ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations
Coordinate aircraft preparation, including security checks and stocking in-flight Message Copilot
Collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and problem-solving capabilities
Previous experience in aviation or customer service is a plus
