Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Passenger Assistance:

Welcome passengers and provide information about flights, boarding gates, and airport facilities.

Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage drop-off, and boarding.

Handle passenger queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as needed.

Support special assistance services for elderly, disabled, or unaccompanied minors.
2. Coordination and Communication:

Coordinate with airline staff, security personnel, and ground handling teams to ensure smooth flight operations.

Monitor flight schedules and communicate updates or delays to passengers and relevant teams.

Assist in managing boarding gates and ensuring timely boarding and disembarking.
3. Baggage Handling Support:
-
Support baggage handling operations by assisting with loading and unloading luggage.
-
Ensure proper tagging and routing of baggage to the correct flights.
-
Help resolve baggage issues such as lost or delayed luggage in coordination with airline and airport authorities.
4. Security and Safety Compliance:
-
Follow all airport security procedures and protocols.
-
Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to maintain safety standards.

Report any suspicious activities or security concerns immediately to the appropriate authorities.
5. Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of passenger movements, baggage handling, and incident reports.

Assist with documentation and reporting related to daily airport operations.

Support inventory management of operational equipment and supplies.
6. Other Duties:

Assist in managing airport lounges and customer waiting areas.

Participate in training sessions and safety drills.

Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
