About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Inducing traditional and creative ideas and working closely with the growth, product, and marketing teams to recognize high leverage growth opportunities
2. Executing experiments/growth hacks and converting them into growth opportunities
3. Working closely with the product or the marketing team to realize a successful experiment at scale and impact business KPIs
4. Testing and optimizing marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. connecting online, through direct mails and video calls, providing a demo of our services to customers via online, etc.) and providing a good conversion rate to the organization
5. Translating ideas to actionable items that deliver business results
6. Analyzing, recommending, and leading the implementation of improvement initiatives
7. Carrying out sales forecasts and analysis and presenting the findings to senior management/the board of director
8. Developing the business sales and marketing strategy

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 12th Jan'21 and 16th Feb'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Bangalore
5. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. Must be social and understand users' behavior
2. Must have great customer relation skills and focus on customer experience
3. Must be able to help in planning sales campaigns
4. Must be able to create a sales pipeline
5. Must be able to negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases
6. Must be a graduate
7. MBA (Marketing) graduates preferred
