Job Description

Job Title: Growth Intern

The selected intern(s) will work on the following during the internship:

Research potential clients and the competitive landscape
Assist in identifying potential business opportunities
Prepare periodic reports on key sales data
Researching the needs of companies and learning who makes decisions for collaboration
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
Developing quotes and proposals
Identify and test new outreach strategies to drive clients to Growtholic (i.e. email, content, advertising, SEO, etc.)
Reach out to interesting folks outside our community and encourage them to collaborate.

Other Requirements:

Strong research and market analysis capabilities
Strong communicator with great interpersonal skills
Track record of excellence, ability to learn quickly and take ownership to deliver results with the ability to meet tight deadlines with emphasis on sustained accuracy, attention to details and analytics
Entrepreneurial proactive self-starter who hustles hard
Comfortable with an outward facing role speaking / corresponding with clients and partners
Interest in the startup/marketing ecosystem, and growth hacking

Profile Description:

are from Bangalore
have relevant skills and interests
are currently in any year of study

Skill(s) required: Social Media Marketing, Creative Writing and Email Marketing
