Description:
- Growth Managers will own key funnel metrics like activation rate and conversions for key Cities.
- They would work closely with the central teams and field teams to ensure Online NRV delivery of the key cities
- Role would require the following:
i. Problem Solving:
- Owning key cities and understanding the root cause of low online revenue in a particular city.
- Identifying opportunities areas for the growth of the city and executing the plan for same.
ii. Data Orientation:
- Sound understanding of numbers and data
- Identifying trends, patterns, outliers and deep dive on core issues
- Use Data Science and solid Why Why Analysis to identify the root cause
- Knowledge of R and SQL is a plus, hands on experience in Excel needed
iii. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborating extensively with all internal stakeholder – Hub Heads, Revenue Heads, BD Heads,
- BDMs, CRM team etc to work on special projects, resolve issues and improve revenue
Skills Needed:
- First Principle thinking
- Fluent communication – both verbal and written, and ability to manage situations
- Demonstrates high ethical values
- Strong research and data analytical skills
