Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Work Model: Hybrid (4 Days Work From Office + 2 Days Work From Home)
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST

About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to support our growth and retention initiatives across D2C clients. This role is designed for individuals who can operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven BPO/start-up environment and contribute to the execution of customer lifecycle and engagement campaigns across channels such as WhatsApp and Email.

Internship Duration
This is a full-time, 6-month internship.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of retention and lifecycle marketing campaigns
Support campaign planning, content development, and scheduling
Draft and optimize marketing communication (copy, CTAs, workflows)
Manage and monitor automated customer journeys (e.g., abandoned cart, re-engagement)
Track campaign performance metrics and share actionable insights
Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations) for timely execution
Utilize CRM platforms, marketing tools, and AI-based tools for campaign delivery
Participate in internal/client discussions as required

Requirements

Graduate/Final-year student with interest in Marketing, D2C, or BPO/start-up operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Technically proficient with the ability to work on AI tools, CRMs, and digital platforms
Self-driven and resourceful, with the ability to independently troubleshoot and execute tasks
Comfortable working in a target-oriented, fast-paced environment
Open to feedback with a continuous learning mindset

(Preferred but not mandatory: Exposure to Email/WhatsApp marketing, CRM tools, or Shopify ecosystem)
