Job Description
We are seeking an exceptionally talented Growth Marketing professional with responsibility to conceptualize and execute marketing initiatives. You need to demonstrate deep understanding and knowledge of digital and ecommerce ecosystem. You will also be responsible for effective measurement of digital and performance marketing initiatives. You will have proven success in driving results in B2C customer acquisition.

What you should bring to the table:
- Self-starter with a work experience of 3-7 years as a Performance Marketing specialist
- Demonstrated ability to create innovative new marketing programs and/or partnerships that generate results
- Hustler with deep understanding and expertise in Ecommerce & Social media management
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done and thinking big at the same time
- Expertise using Marketing tools & Social media management tools
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written skills)
- Proven track record in B2C traffic generation and converting them as paid customers
- Must be highly analytical, with a sound grasp of digital media planning and performance optimization strategies
Responsibilities:
- As a member of the digital marketing team, you will plan, design and execute campaigns for both social media and ecommerce channels.
- Identify new growth opportunities (including new platforms, channels, and advertising opportunities) to acquire new and engaged customers
- Own all social media channels and social media campaigns.
- Coordinate ideation, planning and execution of strategies for social media sites which include brand development, content management, generation of inbound traffic, cultivation of leads
- Drive user acquisition through performance marketing activity using core paid acquisition channels in order to exceed ambitious user growth goals while maximizing ROI
- Identify, track & evaluate social media influencers suitable for the company brands.
- Create social media & ecommerce performance reports on a regular basis.
- Identify the latest trends and effectively communicate new ideas, and proactively offer campaign suggestions that align with business goals.
- Develop Engagement strategy, optimizing content and promotion of content across each product categories.
- Transform marketing ideas and implement them as digital campaigns for : new launches, coupons, ads, blogs, giveaways, emails, promotions, etc.
- Decide where to prioritize the efforts over multiple campaigns across multiple platforms, with focus on Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn.
- Work closely with Design & Marketing teams to ensure that social media activities are integrated into overall brand tactics, including paid and organic.
- Use metrics and measurement tools to analyse the impact of various communications making modifications where necessary.
- Design and implement growth hacking strategies to build our prospective client base and increase our visibility in the market
