Job Description -

Excellent working experience on ETL tools like Talend, and Informatica.
Determines the optimal approach for obtaining data from diverse source system platforms and moving it to the data analytics environment
Develop procedures for data management. Creates procedures for developing and maintaining metadata and data mapping documents
Good understanding of ETL process includes data extraction, cleansing, aggregation, reorganization, transformation, calculation, and loading of data
Experience in using Filters, Routers, Lookups (Connected and Unconnected), Expressions, Update Strategy, Union Transformation, Aggregator and Sorter Transformations.
Tuning the Mappings for Optimum Performance, Dependencies and Batch Design.
Experience Reverse Engineering of source data for mapping to Data Warehouse.
Experience working with heterogeneous data systems (Informix, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, XML, Json, flat file, etc.)
Write database procedures, functions and triggers using PLPG/SQL
Having understanding of the Data modelling
Perform problem assessment, resolution and documentation of ETL mapping and workflows.
Designing and building complete ETL processes and troubleshooting data-related issues
Migrate mappings, sessions, and common objects from development to test and to production.
Experience in implementing ETL Security techniques
Conversant with Unix/Linux shell scripting for batch processing
