For the long term recruitment relationship we have some terms & conditions, which are mentioned bellow:

1. After selection of the candidate, you will confirm the name of selected candidate by e-mail at “ “.
2. If the candidate leave their job or sacked by you due to bad performance within 90 days from the date of joining, we will replace the candidates as per your requirement again.
3. Our professional fee/ service charge are 8.33% of a selected candidates’ annual salary. The said payment of professional fees/ service charge has to be made within 30 days of candidates going on. But we can negotiate it for regular recruitment empanelled.

4. You have to make the deduction of the whole salary of one month into two equal installments. You have to make sure that company will make the candidate join after getting the N.O.C from us or else joining letter would be given through us.
