Responsibilities:

You will be communicating with our guests and business partners over phone
You will beat stereotype in delivering a delightful experience to our guests.
You will be the first point of contact in resolving guest queries and concerns.
You will spot and initiate process changes that will increase efficiency and overall experience.
You will relay customer feedback to the organisation.

The Position:

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Guest Delight Champion/Executive to help us build up our business activities.
You will be responsible for assisting our guests from different locations and maintaining guest satisfaction.
The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
Salary Range: 1.80 - 3.00 LPA
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Location: Bangalore
