North Eastern Hill University (NEHU) invites application for the position Guest Lecturer

Post of Guest Lecturer (purely temporary for one even semester teaching duration) in the Department of Law. NEHU. Shillong tor teaching Law subjects in B.A. LL.B (Hons) Five Year Integrated Course starting from April 2021 with the following qualification:

Essential: LL.M with atleast 55% (for General candidates) and (for SC/ST/OBC(Non Creamy Layers)/Differently Abled candidates) (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master-s Degree level from an Indian University or an equivalent Degree from an accredited Foreign University. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the Candidate must have cleared the National Eli2ibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET. Candidates. who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the University Grant Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil/Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009/2016 shall be exempted from the requirement of Minimum Eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for Recruitment

Desirable: Experience in Teaching.
