Job Description
- To operate as a focal point for visitors, telephone calls, e-mails.
- To welcome customers and guests.
- To coordinate with the customers for the doctor’s appointments
- To inform doctors and patients alike on the cancellation of an appointment.
- To Coordinate with the customers for the Billing (Consultation Bills, Investigation Bills, Bed Booking etc)
- To register the Patient ID No. for New patients and to update the same in the patient file.
- To make rounds of the lobby and help as and when required.
- Attending Calls and transferring the same to the concerned departments and concerned person.
- To maintain Log book and proper handover of the same to staff at the end of each shift.
- To attend the meetings conducted by the department head and work according to the minutes of meetings.
- To attend the work assigned by the department head as and when required.
