To provide excellent customer service to our members and guests
To deal with membership and sales enquiries and carry out administrative duties
To ensure the gym areas are maintained to a high standard during each shift
Build a good rapport and relationship with all of our members and guests
Deal with customer enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
To actively promote and sell the various memberships we have available.
Responsible for the safety and enjoyment of our customers whilst using the gym facilities
To greet and direct members and guests as they enter the gym
To provide a tour to the walk-in customers of the fitness centre.
Explain the customers and members about the charges, plans & benefits of supplements, products and membership of the gym
