Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Receive and provide basic details of the project and introduce the relationship manager to all clients
2. Provide company and project information to the customers as appropriate (inquiry forms to be filled accurately recorded & reported)
3. Do probing with the client by asking relevant questions and provide info to respective RM proactively
4. Request and document client information that includes demographics, client needs and any other information that would be helpful to an RM to take an informed decisions while addressing the client.
5. Gather information about client preference like Unit size, dimension, budget, family background, where is he from etc (check his details in ERP before informing sales head for RM assignment as per roster)
6. Work on customer experience as the key focus
7. Manage housekeeping, office assistant at the site including keeping track for all miscellaneous site requirements.
8. Work on SV confirmation calls to be co-ordinated for project starting Friday till Sunday EOD which includes recording & HO reporting
9. Work on inventory management (brochures, price lists, legal documents etc;) in the office has to be taken care
10. Work on daily recording & reporting has to be sent to the manager- presales, sales head, corporate office, project CEO on the number of walk-ins, no. of bookings for the day
