Job Description
- As a Guest Relations Associate you are a storyteller, advisor, actor and problem solver.
- You will work in Riddle Room Sarjapur and interact directly with the players to deliver entertaining and memorable experiences.
- We are looking for quick learners with strong attention to detail, but most importantly, applicants should have a knack for hospitality and customer service.
- Professional in demeanour and presentation.
- Personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences
- Brief customers before the start of the games.
- Fulfill game master duties by providing hints to the players during the course of the game as and when required.
- Reset the game after a group completes.
- Perform Cashier duties
- Attend to customer enquiries
- Coordinate and multi-task job duties in a busy environment.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide direction to continuously improve overall rating
- Answer phones and email inquiries regarding reservations.
- Verify availability and set up reservations for group bookings such as birthdays, corporate events.
- Follow up to inquiries and reservations in process
- Working hours would be from 10:00 to 19:00.
- Have to work on all weekends and public holidays.
- One day a week off.

Riddle Room is a live escape room, a type of physical adventure game where the lines between real world and fiction are blurred, and where the seemingly mundane is brought vividly to life. In this genre of games, players are closed inside a room and have to use only their brains to crack codes, ciphers and clues inside the room to make their escape in 60 minutes.
Rooms are set up with a specific theme or story-line and involve a series of puzzles, riddles, codes and devices which challenge you to work and communicate as a team. Don’t mistake this to be a video game or board game where you sit at a table with a group of people to get through and be the winner. You are physically inside the story. All the pleasures are tactile. You find something not by punching keywords into a search bar, but by hunting and thinking things through.
The company has been successfully operating in Bangalore for the last 2 years and currently has two outlets. One in Koramangala and One in Sarjapur with more to come. The brand is expanding rapidly across the country and is on the lookout for the right people to achieve its ambitious business plan.
