Job Description
- Title:Call Centre Executive / Guest Relation Assistant
- Department:Customer Support
- Handle the customer communication function for effective client interaction
- Handle customer support calls for treatment enquiries & booking appointments
- Conversion of leads into appointments
- Handle different sources of customer communication
- Handle business listing portals
- Handle Lead Management Software
People Skills/Other:
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, including excellent listening skills
- Fluent in English, Kannada (must) and Hindi/Telugu/Tamil (preferably)
- Ability to express oneself in writing.
- Excellent people skills
- Working time:Six days a week, 2 Sunday’s
- Report to:Customer Support Lead
- CTC:10,000-18,000 Rs. per month
- Qualification:10+2, Any other related training is a plus
- Location:Bangalore
