Job Description
- Assist in managing front office and customer relations
- Welcome customers with a pleasant attitude and enquire about their requirements
- Upgrade personal and company image to stimulate maximum customer appeal.
- Must have the skill to understand the customer’s requirement and should lead them to the proper section
- Keep fully informed on both products & schemes of Malabar as well as competitors.
- Ensure that the customers are supplied refreshment like tea, coffee, drinks etc.
- Ensure that there is no visitor unattended.
- Assist in maintaining attendance and movement registers
- Receive the customers in a professional way so as to enhance dealership image.
- If required should display the ornaments to the customers
- Take initiative to lead the customer’s children to the play area
- Convert prospects to customers through effective telemarketing skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
